Recently, more and more barcode label Scales end users turn to us for help with the same problem: Barcode scales cannot print test labels.
In fact, most of these situations are caused by incorrect label assembling. You can open the cover on the right to see if the label passes beneath a small black sensor, only in this way the sensor can sense the label and then print. Once correct, the indicating light inside will also change from red to green.
